Each day Carrington is sparkling more and more. She was all grins today and vocalizing for all of us. I took some pictures which are attached. Her personality, likes and dislikes are starting to show and she is communicating with us when she is hungry tired soiled or just wanting to look around – we are starting to pickup the cues (audible and visual) to tell us the difference.

What a wonderful gift from God (Thank you!!!!)

Yesterday my college roommate Toni and I took Carrington to the mall for the first time. She slept the entire time in her stroller (I love my Britax Chaperone stroller!). I had to talk myself out of buying her baby Puma tennis shoes. Ended up buying Michael two new pairs of shoes (I recently cleaned out the closet and got rid of some of his shoes). So, here’s what Carrington thought of the mall and my husband’s super metro new shoes .

So, we’ve been horrible at keeping this blog updated. There are so many other things to do that are more important (apologies).

Each day I take a picture to email to the grandparents. In place of long blog entries, I’ll upload the same picture that I send the grandparents. I’ll do everything from my cell phone, so if the formatting looks strange that’s why. So, here’s Carrington during her morning tummy time. She was smiling, but as soon as she saw the camera, she just focused on that.

Today’s Carrington’s two month birthday! She’s 12 lbs. 4 oz. and 23 inches long (75th percentile).
